That allows the quick and easy recording of events in structured way, capturing your thoughts, feelings or emotions, physical reactions and behaviors. These logged events can be easily stared, filtered, searched and reviewed, by the you or with the collaboration with there therapist. Showing you statistics of the events that you have logged and a graph of how positive and event was, these statistics allows you to easily review events.
